Medical Director

Dr. John Serrão is proud to be the first physician in Central Florida who has dedicated his practice to the unique needs of today’s woman. As a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, he has over twenty-five years of experience in women’s health specializing in gynecology, cosmetic-plastic gynecology, cosmetic surgery of the female and anti-aging medicine. He takes a conservative approach in caring for the ‘whole woman’ and that approach has led to consecutive years of award winning care. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, he has helped women from around the world feel feminine again.

As of September 2022, Dr. Serrão has semi-retired and has now limited his practice to medical spa and wellness services.

Angelica Duggar LE

Master Paramedical Esthetician/Certified Endermologist

Angelica graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health with an Associate Degree in Health Sciences, specializing in paramedical skincare. As a Medical Esthetician, she has over 20 years of experience and is certified to perform the majority of skin and body services offered at our practice. Her award-winning knowledge makes her an expert in medical-grade skin care products and services. Angelica has worked closely with Dr. Serrão for over 15 years, and is active in the care and maintenance of our patients who undergo procedures. We are proud to have her as a member of our exceptional health care team. She grew up in the Maitland/ Winter Park area. She spends her free time with her family and as a soccer mom traveling the state to watch her son play soccer.

Stephanie Garcia

Assistant Office Manager and Office Coordinator

Stephanie Garcia is the assistant office manager and office coordinator at Serrao Rejuvenation Center. She has been working with Dr. Serrao since 2019, with experience medical office management since 2016 and 13 years within the hospitality industry. Her goal is to provide our clients with the best quality of service from their very first interaction with our office. She grew up in the central Florida area. In her free time, her family likes to take advantage of the theme parks that Florida has to offer.
