Spa Etiquette

• We will try to accommodate you whenever possible but, we recommend that you make your appointment at least two weeks in advance.
• A credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. Kindly notify us of any changes or cancellations at least twenty-four hours prior to your appointment so that we may better accommodate other guests. Failing to keep a scheduled appointment or not canceling without proper notice may result in a $50 charge.
• In order to keep on schedule without feeling rushed, we ask that you arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled service so that you can complete the necessary health forms. Refreshments are provided for your pleasure.
• Disposable undergarments are provided for our body wraps, waxing, and laser hair removal treatments as needed.
• You may be asked to remove your jewelry before your service. Please do not bring highly valuable belongings to the medical spa as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing items.
• You are welcome to wear makeup, but it will be removed before certain treatments, such as facials, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and facial injections.
• The Serrão Rejuvenation Center environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other guests. Cellular phones and pagers are not permitted in the patient areas.
• No children are allowed in the medical spa because many of our guests are enjoying a day of rest and relaxation away from the daily stresses in life. Please respect this and we apologize for any inconveniences.
• No pets are allowed, unless service pets with proper identification. All service pets must be leashed and proof of training may be requested. Please respect this and we apologize for any inconveniences.
• Serrão Rejuvenation Center is a non-smoking facility to aid in the comfort of our guests and staff.
• Feel free to have your treatment provider adjust any part of your experience, from the music and lighting, to the amount of pressure applied during your massage, or even the room temperature. Your comfort is important to us.
• Every service provider at Serrão Rejuvenation Center’s is a licensed professional who meets rigorous standards for training, experience and excellence. They are dedicated to providing you with the best experience!
• Gratuities are not included in the fee of spa services. They are left at your discretion and based upon your level of satisfaction. It is customarily 18% to 20% of the service cost. The spa staff appreciates your generosity.
• For your comfort and relaxation, a cotton spa wrap will be provided for you to wear during any skin care service.
• Our spa boutique features many special amenities to enhance your day of pampering. We offer a full line of skin care products, mineral make-up, and vitamin supplements.  need to bold and link
• Our skin care products offer a guarantee if returned within fourteen days after purchase. The product bottles must only be partially used and no returns on make-up are allowed. 
• Gift certificates are available for purchase at Serrão Rejuvenation Center for a dollar amount or service. Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Payment is due at the time of your appointment. If a series is purchased, a payment of the entire series is due at the time of the first appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. We are a proud member of Care Credit for convenient interest free financing.
